Please remove shoes at the front door. Space heater and hair dryer cannont be used at the same time, you will trip the breaker. Web cams active at entrance and in common areas NO SMOKING or VAPING IN THE HOUSE. Smoking is permitted outside with the doors closed. $250 fee for smoking in the house. MARIJUANA must be kept in a sealed air tight containers in the freezer. No residual smell in drawers or rooms. Please no haircuts on property. Extra cleaning fees will apply for excessive hair left on floors. No unregistered guests on the property. Please be respectful. No loud music or noise ever. Quiet hours after 9pm and before 10am. For guests staying 1 week or longer, rooms are cleaned every Friday morning. Please keep all trash in a trash bin. Address any spills immediately to prevent staining. Notify me immediately if carpet, furniture or mattresses need to be cleaned. Please squeegee all glass showers after USE THE DAILY SHOWER SPRAY to prevent hard water stains on the glass shower walls! All dishes are expected to be washed and/or placed in the dishwasher. Kitchen, food and laundry areas are expected to be as clean as they were when you arrived. Stoves, ovens, grills, counters, tables and refrigerators should all be wiped downed and cleaned after use. There are extra blankets and towels in the closet or dresser. Iron and ironing board and garment steamer are in the laundry room. If you have issues with temperature in your room, please let me know.
