Please park on the street, on either side of the driveway. Do not park in the driveway. You have full access to the basement area, upstairs laundry, backyard and common living areas. Garage, Upstairs bedrooms and main level office are off limits.
Good to know
You may be in a basement in Fort Morgan but you will feel like you're in a modern, colorful Chicago loft. This newly remodeled space is outfitted with plush carpets and leather couches. The space and home are entirely smart and controlled by Alexa. Change the lights to any color you like and ask Alexa to play your favorite tunes.
Other Details to Note
The alcohol in the bar is off-limits, you're welcome to bring your own. The drinks and snacks in the fridge are complimentary. If your job involves a lot of grease and dirt that could stain linens and towels, please let us know so we can provide dark towels and bed linens. Any damaged items will be billed. Please squeegee all glass showers after USE THE DAILY SHOWER SPRAY to prevent hard water stains on the glass shower walls! PLEASE turn off the lights and space heater anytime you leave. Lights can be controlled with one of the three remote switches or by saying "Alexa, turn basement on/off." Please don't just say "Alexa, turn on/off the lights"- you will end up affecting all the lights in the house.
